only in Cincinnati...

...can a group of people debate for more than 15 minutes over goetta and chili. How to cook it, what to eat it with, and what chili is the original or best are all up for debate.

My personal choices are Glier's Goetta fried or baked crisp with ketchup and Skyline chili 3-ways ("extra juicy"). Heart attack, anyone?
